Help on adding new cities to Clock

So how can you do it?

Nevermind, I just found the thread

Need to edit com.apple.mobiletimer.plist at the /var/root/Library/Preferences/ folder.

But the thing about this method is that it adds the city directly to the World Clock tab. I was wondering if there is any other way to add cities to a list from which I could search and add them to the world clock?
