Where do I put applications?

Apologies if this is the wrong forum.
Somehow in my last couple of DFU restores to 1.0.2, I managed to bork iBrickr 0.91. Now even though it claims to install apps through PXL, I can't see anything new in the Springboard after I install it and it's not in the apps list in iBrickr. Without MobileTerminal, there's no hope of ever fixing my broken Bootloader/Baseband iPhone. I had them installed before but can't seem to do so now. So how can I manually install it? I can still transfer files in iBrickr, just need to know if moving MobileTerminal into the Applications folder is enough. Ditto for LaunchCTL and can I just transfer the BSD subsystem?
