Looking to find some help on making a new Battery image, Notepad image etc. I use WinSCP but it only pulls up a sample image. How do I mod that image to make it my own? I am very familiar with making my own themes with custom icons but I would like to start modding all the other app backgrounds like notepad and text bubbles. Thanks for any and all help.

never actually looked for it (just used other peoples) but im guessing it would be in system/library/frameworks/telephoneyUI and ti would be one of these

Assume firmware < 2.0
Assume Windows

1. Jailbreak phone (if necessary, install afc2 service - depends on jailbreak)
2. Install iPhoneBrowser
3. Look in /Applications for the .app directory for a program (such as MobileNotes.app)
4. Use Save As... to save the PNGs from the iPhone to the PC
5. Modify each PNG as desired on the PC (Paint.Net can be good for this)
6. Rename each PNG on the iPhone to have a backup and then drag and drop the modified PNG back onto the phone
7. Restart the Application (or in some cases, the phone)
