    is your phone jailbroken? you can use an ftp client, you are running mac os x? you can download cyberduck

    open the app, click on open connection. select protocol: SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol)
    server: enter your iphone's ip address
    username and password should be root and alpine respectively. then just connect and you can browse, add, modify your files
