I have and iPod touch and an iPhone, but I like the "click" sound of the keyboard from the iPod touch more ( i sounds more like a oldtype writer); I got the file "tock.caf" from my touch and put it on system>library>audio>UIsounds in my iPhone, but nothing happened, it just keep the same sound, any ideas? im running 1.1.2. Thanks in advance.

Your file didnt work for me, but the one from the downloads did (the typewriter one) I think that maybe it is just that the two sounds are too similar? I dont know.

It's probably the same sound file.

Reason it sounds different, is because the iPod touch only has a tiny internal speaker meant for alerts and sound effects.

hey i got a better solution you need landscape vista theme
finder
ok so go into finder go to the themes folder then go to landscape vista
UISounds and copy the tock.caf then put that in place of the old 1
