Help in deleting a directory on iphone..

I recently d/l'd a program and manually installed it onto my iphone using Ibrickr. Everything was cool until I decided to Take the program back off... I was able to delete the files but not the created directory. Soo in my Applications directory, there sits an empty folder. lol. It's driving me nuts, can someone pleeeeeease tell me how to delete this folder??
