I hope this is the right place... I have been modding and customizing my phone and all for some time now however, on start up after it has been off the wallpaper will not come up until I lock i then unlock it.... Has anyone else experienced this and if so do you know of a fix?

Sometimes when my iPhone restarts it will not show the wallpaper but all i have to do is open and close an app and it is there. Do not know why it does it but it is not all the time.

That happens to me as well. I always thought that it's something with the way the system acts. I never took it as a problem.
