Changing Carrier Text to an Image... HELP PLS

Hi there,
i have extensively searched this all over the internet and cannot find any solution that seems to work.
My iPhone currently displays text for the carrier. However i would like to be able to use customize in order to set my carrier image.
It possible to change the text format to an image address? if so how?

PS: MakeItMine works, it allows me to change the text for my carrier but i cannot add an image through this program.

/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/FSO_CARRIER_ATT.png
is what my iPhone uses... when I use customize , it changes the file.
when I revert, it changes it back.

NO MakeItMine. I removed the SBFakeCarrier from the plist.
cd /private/var/root/Library/Preferences/
plutil -r SBFakeCarrier com.apple.springboard.plist

PS
Library/Preferences/com.apple.carrier.plist -> /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreTelephony.framework/Support/ATT_US.plist
(not sure how that maps to FSO_CARRIER_ATT.png , though)

PPS
it's not 'fake' anything. it's real!
