UK Region Format with 12 hour clock

Is there anyway to keep the UK Region Format, but have it with 12 hour clock?

I would like to know if there is a fix for this too. If you change your international settings to New Zealand it keeps the date and phone number format the same and lets you use am/pm, however whenever doing a google search it uses google.co.nz instead of co.uk and the calendar starts with sunday instead of monday.
