sub menu on springboard?

hmm is it possible to have sub menus on the springboard?
Ex. Utilities --> Terminal Field Test
maybe possible with apps that could link to other programs.

i was talking to a couple guys of the Dev team and they did toss it around but atm i dont think its getting much thought, they are working on bigger better things so im told
