Images not opening?

It seems when I FTP images from the Iphone, such as the weather background and other various icons, they will not open on my computer. They show as png format, but I always get an error message from every program I try to use to open them? Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

Im using WinSCP btw, if that makes any difference.
