    Default accidently restored original settings...

    i accidently restored the original settings from itunes... how can restore everything back... all i get is an usb cable pic telling i need to connect to i tunes and then when i shift to restore firmware.... there is an error.... please help!!! dont know what to do????

    Ok, hold in your home and power button untill the screen goes black. Keep holding the home button but let go of the power button and plug in your iPod cable. Then the iTunes cable should come up and you should be able to restore to 1.1.4 without problems...

    Why don't people get this power and home button thing? I swear to god..every second post on MMi is on how to restore an iPhone...is it really that complicated to understand
