SMS sounds, how do I add to and change them?

Hi guys, still new to the iPhone and this site and would appreciate any help or advice I can get. I have been searching now for about a day or so and can't seem to find much on this matter.

I want to be able to add sounds for when receiving a new SMS.

Any help or advice in the right direction would be highly appreciated and please remember that I'm new to all of this stuff please?

Have you even 'jailbroke' your iPhone?

If you have then the easiest way to change system sounds such as SMS sent and received would be to install Customize or Summerboard from Installer and change them through there.
