[HACK] Use A2DP on iPhone
What I used (and works):
█ iPhone 8GB Unlocked using 1.1.1
█ Nokia BH-503
█ Also working with 1.0.2
Method:
- Pair your headset, make a test call to see if it works. End the call normally.
- Dial *#307#, press call.
- Press the answer button twice with 2 seconds delay in your bluetooth headset (If you don't do this correctly, you will continue to listen the ringtone in headset)
- Press answer on iPhone.
- Press the home button, do NOT end the call.
- Open iPod and play a song, you won't get sound from iPhone, nor headset.
- Once it is playing, press the home button.
- Open phone.
- Dial 0, press Call.
- It will ring again, answer.
- Press audio source, select your headset.
- Press home button, do NOT end call. (we're almost there)
- Open iPod and play anything you like.
Shorter Way:
- *#307# Dial, press the bluetooth headset button twice.
- Answer on iPhone, press source.
- Select bluetooth headset.
- Press home button, open iPod, play anything.
Now, you will get iPod playing through your bluetooth headset.
Cons:
- Cannot receive calls

Joke
Lol, this is a joke right? This isn't stereo and it for sure isn't A2DP, it's headset profile played through two speakers, the quality is crap, but then, people who listen to ipods regularly have no idea about good sound quality.
On that note, I'm sure a lot of you will agree with me when I say the iphone is a joke when it comes to calling it a phone, i watched a video of the bald idiot who runs apple saying about the "revolutionary phone" they were releasing, what a joke, it's taken one step forward and 50 steps back in terms of features.
Biggest waste of money I have given to any single cause.

Is this just mono in both ears or what? That's not A2DP stereo. A mono music hack has already been covered. Wouldn't it be easier to develop an app that addresses the bluetooth stack issue directly? I'd also like BT keyboard support!
