SpringBoard.app HELP

Hey I was using ibrickr and I think i added some files into the springboard.app folder that I didnt need in there.

It has made my iphone battery meter disappear when I unplug my the USB..
When I have my Iphone Plugged up to my CPU the battery meter SHOWS UP..

Now I just got rid of Ibrickr and Installed Iphonebrowser I like it better
Anyways I removed the SpringBoard.app folder and installed a fresh one!

Now what I need to know, I have all the stock files and I want to make my battery meter come back to the original green.

All what files go into SpringBoard.app? just the 17 battery files only?

Now when I throw these files into the SpringBoard.app what do i have to do after that i make my phone have the original meter do i have to save anything?

Could someone help me out I'm very new to all of this.

The battery only show up that way when its charging or charged. "wallpaper" is there when the phone is not plugged in

Ok is there a way to take off the wallpaper that I have on so i can always see the battery instead of a picture?

You could get a picture of a battery and use it as wallpaperlol
