You can put your operator logos uploading it to /System/Library/Carrier Bundles/Unknown.bundle
You have to have two logos. The name of these logos has to be:
FSO_CARRIER_XXXXXXXXXX.png (xxxx = company name)
Default_CARRIER_XXXXXXXXXX.png (xxxx = company name)
There are so many options. Customize can make that also.

For screenshots, you can install a patch which activate an option for making screenshots. The patch is called "Apple Screenshot Enabler". It's on the Rip Dev source.
