Hi there,

I lost some phone numbers ages ago and decided to forget about it, though I've now found old mdbackup files on my computer and was wondering how to extract the data from them. I've found the one that is my address book and can see some data in it that looks right but I can't use it in any way.

Can anyone help? I need to get in contact with a friend to tell him one of our friends died, so it is quite important.

I've managed to get it converted to an SQLite file (I think) that begins:

Is there some way to get all this information into a human readable format?
