Where is the Top image on the lock screen, the time and date background image?

I'm pissed, ive searched nearly every directory on the phone. I really need to change that dumb bluish black HUD thats behind the time on the slide to unlock screen. I've searched forum after forum and no luck. Does N e one know where the file is located? Please give me clue???? Thanks I know someone has figured it out. I can't be the only person who thinks that the apple defaults suck!

Modifying this file affects the top bar on lock screen, when syncing, & when receiving a call.
