hud in customize 1.13

hi i tried to change the hud image on my phone but it still stays transparent grey. everything else works fine. do they have to have a certain name? i just named them red.png and so on. they show up in customize but when i call some1 the image is still the same. thanx

umm, the hud is just when you turn the volume up or down.

It is the grey box behind the speaker or w/e.
