Does anyone know if there is any way for me to transfer the .pac file to my iPhone? I have 1.1.1 and I'm afraid to downgrade because it's taken me 4 days to get my phone fixed (I just fixed it today) after accidentally upgrading and then downgrading. Would it be possible to do it with WinSCP?

Yes. I did it last night. I also downloaded the preferences file onto the pc and edited it with Wordpad, then uploaded it with Winscp. Don't forget to back up your preferences file before you edit it.
