Keychain / SSL Issues with the 5A240D firmware - Need help!

Does anyone know how to manually transfer a security certificate into the iphone keychain? The 5A225C beta firmware had a feature in exchange where you could set it to accept all certificates, but in the 5A240D beta firmware this feature has been removed. Any help's greatly appreciated !
