This goes great with the AppStore icon and Text for installer..

Ok first you have to open your phone up with WinSCP or anyother type of application.

Then go to the directory

/System/Library/Coreservices

there is a file there called SystemVersion.plist

open that up in notepad and look for the version number of your phone.

Change it to 2.0.0 or any version you want
there is also a build number that you can adjust, adjust it if you want but to the untrained eye, no one will know.

save it and put it on the phone and presto. It is now more convincing that you have version 2.0.0. This is also cool to make like version 9.0.0 or somthing of that sort.
