    Default How to translate iPhone 1.1.4 to my language?

    i want translate iPhone to my language..
    (Mongolian UTF-8 like Russian but we have 35 letters ) windows 1251 supports mongolian

    How can i translate this?and Custom Input method editor for SMS.app?
