Edit the UIPhoneFormats.plist by putting your countries information in the US part, like with the ABPhoneFormat on 1.0.2

The file is located in

how to edit it. I can't get in through fugu. How do you take the file out to edit it? I have 1.1.1 fully jailbreak with independence 1.23 and unlocked with iphonesimfree. springboard patched.
