[MOD] Message Tone Vibration alert when on Silent!

Worked for me!! Now my Messages vibrate 4 time of 2 seconds each vibration instead of 1 1/2 second vibration!

Alot of people found this to be a crappy bug.
So, technically for those people and for me its a major fix!
lol.
Im used to my D600 in my pocket. And that Goes nuts with the vibration! So the iphone doesn't slightly compare to the vibration power, until now!myRepoSpace.com - Easily create your own Cydia Repo.
