I select iTunnel then UltraVNC or Tight VNC and use the address 127.0.0.1 and i get an error saying..."No configured security type is supported by 3.3 viewer"

I am running Windows 7 and my Iphone 3G is on 3.1.2.

Any ideas? I attached a picture of the error message.

You do not have enough access privileges to this operation" and this happened ever since I upgraded from 3.0 to 3.1. HELP! I google for help and can't find answer to this. HELP!
