Never had a problem with Wifi before. It seems that MyWi works perfectly fine, however I can no longer use just my regular wifi. Even if MyWi is totally off. I have tried rebooting and airplane mode on and off, etc. Can anyone help me with this problem? It is unable to find any networks or connected to them it just looks like its searching for a second when I enable wifi and then gives up. I have tried to connect manually to no avail either.

I have just installed MyWi to my iphone, i have not yet tried it. I am afraid i started using it that i would get charged by at&t for tethering.... will this happen?

Please let me know if I will get charged if I begin tethering by using MyWi.

I had already purchased MyWi in previous version, however now I keep receiving this Errored Packages message indicating that I need to go to the manage tab and reinstall or uninstall, then I receive a Consistency Error, which indicates files are missing from package it would be best to reinstall the package. Which I have tried reinstalling, uninstalling and then reinstalling only to have the same result. Can anyone please help me out here?

I purchased MyWi but I just can not have it working.

I switch on Wifi tethering. My laptop sees the wifi network but when I try to connect after a long time I get an error message which reads that it could not get an IP address.

Here is my details :
- iPhone 3G with 3.1.2 jailbreaked firmware
- Dell Latitude E5500 with Kubuntu 9.10

Any help would be appreciated.

USB tethering works fine, but now when I try to use WiFi tethering, I get the error message "mywi was not able to enable". Respring and Reboot makes no difference. On repeatedly trying to connect, occasionally it works - perhaps one time in ten. Anyone else had the same problem? I cannot seem to find a place to give this feedback to the developer, nor to get hold of them for support.

Update 1: repeated tries have WiFi connecting once after 6 re-tries, twice after 2 retries and once after 9 tries. WiFi said it was working however, my PC could not get an internet connectiion - it just said "identifying" and gave me the yellow triangle. USB works consistently however.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, with no effect. However on reinstall, it remembered the WEP key and network name I previously entered, which tells me that uninstall is not total - I guess there are some files that are left behind. Maybe if I could clean those up ....

Update 2: Using ifile, i did the cleanup and a full reinstall. No change.

Update 3: SOLUTION: General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Works in both USB and Wifi mode now. I click to download and it goes to downloads section. Then there is an error just next to the download bar saying. #4041 Couldnt download from server.

Also there is a red dot next to my iphone. And during the start up of the program, it says The connected phone needs to be updated with Rock Your Phone software.

What is going on? I did everyhting step by step?
Anyone can help me? How can i get customer support? I paid $10 for this :(

Update: I think that happens becaause i cant rock my phone, i have rock installed through blackrain. Every time i start rock my phone software on my vista pc, it gives error and telling me The connected phone needs to be updated with Rock Your Phone software.

During the scan the BB does not find the iPhone as one of the available networks.
Is there an issue with BB connectivity?
I'd like to find out before my trial expires.

I can pair my iphone and my mac. They recognized each other and I can connect. But the time I try to open a webpage do not open.
