The source URL hasn't been changed, it still is apt.modmyi.com just wait a few minutes, restart Cydia and try again, the issue may be from server overload.

If you remove ModMyi from your sources list, you can't add it back by typing in a URL. Instead, you have to add it by tapping "More Package Sources" on the Cydia homepage.

I see in news section the dev team updated the tool again for more sources maybe this is your problem? Refresh ya sources and see if anything pops up for evasion maybe this will fix it.

I'm traveling oversea at Vietnam right now. I don't think is wifi issue. Cause other repo working fine and my wife's phone access wifi without any problem. Should I restore and set up as a new phone?

if you have already restored the phone, chances are the restore will not fix it.
did you happen to restore from backup?
what you can try to do is reset your Network Settings from the Settings app

I restored and setup as new but no luck. Still couldn't load Modmyi package. The repo source is there but it's empty no package. Hmm... Is there a way that I can download the Modmyi package and manually install like deb file?

Don't think there is cant seem why it's doing this to you. Under manage and edit in the top left you got developer highlighted? Just a thought.

Few days now I am having the exact same problem
Restored countless times using Evasi0n 1.5.1 and tried 1.4 which worked and I could see the ModMyi repo packages for only sec's and then gone empty again
everything works fine for me from A to Z but the Modmyi repo is empty whatever I do

when you restored and setup as new, did you open cydia immediately after jailbreaking to check if the mmi repo was ok or did you do something in between?
