After I restored and setup as new then I jailbreak and open Cydia immediately and check. It downloaded all the packages but Modmyi failed.

I just restore to 5.1.1 by redsn0w_mac_0.9.15b3 with SHSH to my ip 4. After that I set up as new and open Cydia. It loading a while and get modmyi failed -> hash sum mismatch. Pls help.

That sounds like a temporary problem. You can usually fix it by going to Changes, tapping Refresh, and waiting until "Reloading Data" shows up and goes away.
