P.S. I linked the device. But it's not showing iblacklist guess I need to purchase it again-ugh
I get this error message when loading up iblacklist "no license found for this current device....make sure you informed your register key to us, in your paypal receipt". What is this?

if you've purchased it, it will show up. keep trying different accounts as it will be in there somewhere.
me, when I have an issue with an app I have paid for, in this case ifile, always wanting to register every time I open the app, then if there is no internet, it refuses to operate. as I have paid for this app, it is bullcrap that it doesn't work. in this situation, I have no hesitation to get this app drm free from another repo.
I think this would be fine in your situation. you say you have paid for the app many times, thus you have a lisence. thus you are not pirating an app.
any mod who may come accross this: I am not endorsing piracy, simply suggesting a work around for a small mistake this user may have made. please do not infract me!
and in reply to your other q, I think that would be do you could email the PayPal receipt to the dev for proof of purchase and he could give you another lisence
proof I own a copy of ifile

Oh ok i am going to look for my paypal purchase, granted it was awhile ago. I hope paypal keeps information that far back. I am sure ive paid twice for this application over the past 3-4yrs.

If you are trying to install it on a different device than the one you bought you may have to buy again. I think that tweak is one that can only be used on one device. Meaning each device requires its own license.

that's stupid. I also don't like how intelliborn only let's you have 3 active lisences at any one time per app. it's frustrating cause I personally own 2 idevices and my 5 other family members have one each, and if I had my way they would all have it, but no :'(

Thanks back on topic :-p, I ended up purchasing it again for my iPhone 4S and things seem to be working.

You need to open the application and then click on register button at the top left corner, after that click on activate online.
The program will be activated instantly and you will be able to use all the features !
PS. For the next time and for others with same problem... :P
The user manual available at www.iblacklist.com.br, pages 10 and 11, says,
one license per device witch is a PITA!
..license is based on your device serial number, the old
activation will not work anymore for this new device...
The user can request a license transfer to a new device,
which will be done FREE OF CHARGE WITHIN THE FIRST
YEAR OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE....

I did do as you suggested but it said license expired or something to that extent. There was other stuff on the pop up window.
Oh well, weird experience none the less and another $12 bucks :-p
