I have noticed a nasty bug in version 1.3: iGotYa sends the last known location instead of CURRENT location, ie, if the GPS-module was last used at the point "A" (for example you were using a navigation program) and someone tried to shutdown the iPhone at point "B", then iGotYa will send you the coordinates of point "A" rather than "B". It seems that iGotYa is not able to initiate an acquisition of current coordinates from GPS-module, and only takes the last known coordinates from it. So be careful!
As a solution to the problem, you can set some application (for example Google Latitude) or some location system service (for example Setting Time Zone) to use a GPS continuously, then iGotYa will send you a CURRENT position, but in this case the battery will drain very fast.
