You got some crack repos there. You can check your internet connection or check there are no typos in the repo's adress

I don't have many tweaks on my phone at all. I thought cydia wouldn't accept a repo if it wasn't spelled right.
I just want to get cydia.be working or jailbr3k because they have the tweak I want.

Most likely a typo in the URL (make sure that if the repo is site.com/repo/ that the /repo/ gets in there) or the repo server is down.
Either way, not a lot that can really be helped.
PS: Please be careful when posting things that insinuate war3z usage. They are not taken to kindly around here...

The tweak you want is probably also on a default repository (such as BigBoss, ModMyi, or ZodTTD/MacCiti), and it's good to get your tweaks from official repositories so that you know you have the latest stable version and also support the developer by buying the package, if it's a paid package.
