iPhone 4 - No 3G after Cydia 'Complete Update' option - WIFI Working

Greetings all,

Please note that I was seeking advice on my iPhone4.

Last week I opened Cydia and the update screen opened up with the advised updates - I selected the "Complete Update" as usual. After this update, I now do not have access to the internet via 3G . When I am at home the WIFI works, although no 3G at all wherever I am. I have turned it off in settings and back on with no glory - note that Airplane mode is off. Please advise on how I can roll back or ideally, how to fix up this minor hickup.

Did you try rebooting the device? (You probably did...but just checking.) Do you have any tweaks installed that might interact with 3G functioning? Maybe try temporarily uninstalling them?
