    Default Cydia Issues

    Im not sure if this is the correct spot to put this, but I just jailbroke my itouch 4th gen and when i got cydia going it is missing things that I search for (like winterboard). I am not sure if I messed up while jailbreaking or what is wrong but any help is appreciated.
