Need help for cydia error message

i have been getting this error saying "the package themecontroller needs to be reinstalled, but I cant find an archive for it"
with this error no packages or sources or anything are loaded so basically i cant use cydia at all

please help me solve this issue
one thing i needa say is that i had a hacked folder enhancer installed and after a while (may be after updating cydia) when i tapped on any folder it gave me a message saying that i was using a pirated folder enhancer and it automatically set my iphone to safe mode and told me to either purchase it or remove it from cydia and when i went to cydia to remove the package, thats when i got the error and i couldnt remove or do anything in cydia coz no sources would load and its been like that ever since

It sounds like you might have installed a pirate repository that was badly set up and messed up some configuration files. If you have OpenSSH or iFile installed on your phone, you might be able to fix it by removing packages and repository caches, but the simplest way to solve this would be to restore and jailbreak again, avoiding pirate repositories in the future.
