trying to use cydia and apps and everything on the screen shrinks and moves to the top

I just did the redsnow jb on my iphone 4 running ios 5 and after installing afc2add when the device was rebooted with the tether option when i went to use any of the apps the screen shrinks and moves to the top left corner. any one know how to fix this?

Google it it's a well known issue. Can't remember what it was off top of my head.
