Re-install cydia?

I'm having so many cydia issues on my 3GS that I want to know if I can uninstall it and re-install without having to restore it, then use my blobs after re-jailbreaking and all that. I can't download or delete anything on cydia, get tons of errors, sub-processes timing out, invalid data, oped noden and others. Help? I'm running 4.1. Thanks

do you have terminal installed? or if you dont have terminal on your phone do you have SSH? you can open SSH into your phone over a wifi network on your computer and you can remove it that way.
