How do I create a new Cydia account?

I'd like to create a Cydia account in order to import my old RockMyPhone purchases. However, I can't seem to find the option to create a new Cydia account anywhere on the site.

The "manage your account" menu in the main Cydia app only seems to offer the options of logging in via Google or Facebook, but I don't see the option for directly creating a Cydia account. For security/privacy reasons, I don't use third-party logins, so Google and Facebook won't work for me - where do I go to set up a standalone account?

You can only log into Cydia using Facebook or Google - Cydia doesn't have its own stand-alone account system.
