Cydia Error / Big Boss HTTP/1.0.403 Forbidden

I am getting the above error when I am attempting to install Adblocker. I Googled the error and found a couple of references to this being caused by 1) having cracked apps installed, which I do not, or 2) having PkgBackup installed which I do not either.

Does anyone know what may be causing this or how I can get around it?

If you try again now, do you still get that problem? What iOS version are you on?

The first day the app was on Cydia, it did not show on my iPhone as a paid app, and I got the error above when I tried to install it. A day or so later, it show as a paid app. I subsequently bought it and installed it without error.
