Mywi and HP touchpad

I recently bought a HP touchpad and when I try to use mywi as my access point HP touchpad cant seem to find it. I am wondering if anyone else is having the same issue

Mine is doing the same thing. I think it is to do with the overall wifi issues the TP has. I have yet to fine a resolution to either

I believe its because its an adhoc network and not infrastructure. As far as I can tell you and I are the only ones to post on this matter anywhere. Lets hope someone that can help chimes in. I bought this specifically because I thought I could use mywi with it

I have two Touchpads and My WI is working perfect as a hot spot for them

For the touchpad go to pre central google them they have better support than HP

Update the Touchpad Software its buggy out of the box
Pre Central has a ton of patches to make the Touchpad scream it makes it 30% faster then out of the box

But the OS out of the box must be updated that is probably the problem

I have an updated paid version so that isn't the issue. I think it might have more to do with that I have a 3gs? I know I'm not the only one having this issue. I also have updated the HP's software. Thanks for pointing me to the patches MYPHONI.

I too have this problem. 3GS, latest mywi, touchpad updated with speed tweaks/etc.

the touchpad cannot find the mywi wifi hotspot

some people even said they got bluetooth tether to work, but i cannot get my phone to pair with touchpad
