Cydia Help?

Hello, I purchase iphones occasionally from abroad pre jailbroken and unlocked usually running 3.1.3. And from time to time I have the cydia crash issue. However the phones don't have ssh or the other ways to restart cydia set up. Is there a way to fix cydia without these programmes installed on the phone? Or can I just re-jailbrake the phone? Cheers for any help you can give me

What are you wanting to do? If they have cydia already do ifile to ssh without being USB to computer. Hope this helps
