App in cydia close favorites after hanging up

I use to have an app from cydia that when you hung up from a call it would close favorites. I can't remember the name and can't find anything related. any help is appreciated if anybody knows what it is called or a similar app. Thanks in advance

found it. its called, simple enough, Phone Closer
