I'm on 4.3.4, this happen to me on 4.3.3 too. Can someone help me out ;(

I would downgrade back to 4.3.3 there is no need to be on 4.3.4 in the first place but if u can't then u might want to see if u have any updates in Cydia if it's ur first install u may have a few or u may need to power your device down and power it back up and see if that fixes it also you my want to check ur devices time if that's not set right then it could cause a problem as well

Search "icon support" in cydia. If nothing comes up go to manage>settings>and tap on developer. Then search it and install it. If it isnt there still, go to changes and tap refresh, then try again
