I'm on jailbreaked iPhone 3G with IOS 4.1 installed

recently downloaded Cycorder from Cydaia,but it did not work
after that I realized that Cycorder is not Compatible with IOS 4

now I want to get back my previous saved videos from iPhone?

also, I have a backup of my iPhone when it was on IOS 3.3.1
but I re-installed windows so, it is not recognized by iTunes
what can I do to make iTunes see my backup?
