can't get xbackup working

ok so I re-jailbroke my iphone after doing a itunes restore. Then I went a download xbackup again and clicked restore tap and then download and then hit restore 1 hour later it says complete but not everything was restored only like 5 things out of 100?

you may have to run it more than once, when i use pkgbackup i have to run it about 4 or 5 times to get it to restore all packages, might be the same for xbackup

well, I joined this forum because I can't get xBackup to work.. it just starts and then quits right away. I get an error message ...

I've sent two notes to the developer, through cydia, but no answer...

and I have NO idea what to do about memory.. I barely managed to get the thing jailbroke.

any help would be gratefully received.
