I'm new to this forum and I have two key questions, would appreciate if someone could be kind enough to help out with my queries
1. I own a Jailbroken Iphone 3GS with a current software version of 4.0.1, all was well with Cydia on my phone until recently when I just tap on the Cydia icon, it opens on the screen and suddenly goes off again?? I really don't know why this is happening!
2. I know that the latest software version of 4.3.2 is available however the untethered jailbreak is available only upto software versions 4.3.1, my question is how can I upgrade my software to 4.3.1 version instead of 4.3.2 as the Itunes is only giving me the option of upgrading to 4.3.2??

There is an untethered version of redsn0w for 4.3.2, 0.9.6RC 14
Thanx mate, should I upgrade the phone to version 4.3.2 before I jailbreak it again with redsn0w... Because if I do that won't I lose all my apps downloaded with the current jailbreak?
You can use pkgbackup to save your current apps. I think its $8.99 in cydia but well worth the cost. Also backup using itunes and I would also save your shsh blobs using tinyumbrella. And yes you will have to upgrade to 4.3.2 first, then jailbreak.
