Problem updating Activator and installing BiteSMS

Hello,
I'm facing two problems in Cydia:
One concerns the update of Activator:
[...]
Preparing Activator
Unpacking replacement libactivator ...
x unable to make backup symlink for '/Library/Activator/Listeners/libactivator.phone.keypad/[email protected]'
Unpacking Activator
x Sub-process /usr/bin.dpkg returned an error code (1)

The other one concerns the installation of BiteSMS:
[...]
Installing biteSMS
Preparing biteSMS
x failed in buffer_write(fd) (8, ret=-1)
x Sub-process /usr/bin.dpkg returned an error code (1)

I have no problem to install or update other applications via Cydia.
Has anyone an idea of what could be causing this?
