Time Announcing Tweak?

Hey All, I'm new in this forum so I hope I'm posting this in the right area..

I was wondering if someone knows of a Cydia Tweak (or maybe an actual app - probably not) that announces time on command with the headset buttons. Many times when the phone is in your pocket and all you are using is the headphone buttons to shuffle songs, call and pick up calls, like while at gym or studying, it becomes inconvenient to take out your phone to check out the time, for us lazy people who need a tweak for everything. Is there a tweak that for example does the following:

On particular headset button combination (eg. volume up volume down), or on a voice order (e.g. "Say Time"), a voice announcement of the current time is made that is heard through headphones?
