Can't purchase an item in Cydia

I'm trying to purchase Snappy in Cydia, but when I select the app, I get an option to Install in the top right - not purchase. If I select Install, it goes to the install screen and just hangs there. Is anyone else having this issue? I resprung the phone, but no luck. I also tested some other pay items and I only get the Install option. Does this have something to do with the current issues with the Cydia Amazon servers? Thanks!

MyWi Isnt downloading my licence just upgraded to 4.3.2 and i noticed when i click manage account or featured apps or themes buttons on the main page in cydia it just goes to a blank page so they must be working on something. Also noticed cydia.saurik.com is taking me to a blank page anyone else getting this?

im trying to download musicbarextended think its from bigboss, its setting as "INSTALL" rather than purchase, think it may be a repo error...

Saurik's EC2 server is currently experiencing some issues, which is affecting purchases. Recommend not purchasing anything until these issues are ironed out.

Not fixed here.

I try to purhase item and all goes well till I logon to PayPal then crashes backto springboard
