Cydia sources and all packages disappeared willnot load

Please help cydia shows no sources and no packages gives error says malformation in line 13 list of sources could not be read and I did a backup and a re jailbreak didn't work

this has happened to me before, i easily fixed it by redoing my device.

saves a lot of time if you just admit the jb world isn't perfect and restore lol.

just install cydia again, overwrite over the version you have, wont cause any demage and will work like charm.
